It is what separates a renovation from a finish. Most UAE renovation runs to regional spec because that is what the regional supply chain produces. We brief in European spec from day one and source accordingly. The price difference is small. The result is not.

A full villa renovation typically takes 6 to 9 months, while an apartment renovation usually takes 3 to 5 months, depending on the project scope.
The payment schedule is stage-based and usually covers mobilisation, project milestones, and completion. The specific schedule is confirmed in the contract.
Most clients do for full villa renovations. Apartment renovations sometimes work around occupancy. We will advise per scope.
All Dubai Municipality and master community approvals. Included in scope.
1-year defects warranty as standard. MEP and structural carry longer manufacturer
warranties.
