Full project management for office moves. Scope from new fit out, dilapidations, IT migration, decanting old space.

  • 8 to 14 weeks for a standard floor (8,000 to 15,000 sqft). Larger or specialist scopes (trading floors, lab) longer.

  • Either a separate design appointment (concept plus DD) or a design-build single contract. Fee structures different. We will recommend per project size.

  • All free zone authority submissions (DMCC, DIFC, JLT, ADGM), municipality where applicable, fire and life safety sign-offs.

  •  Yes. Most Cat B projects build on top of an existing Cat A from the developer or landlord. We coordinate the interface.

  • Yes. Phased fit outs are standard for refurbishments where some teams stay onsite. We sequence the work to minimise disruption.
