Kabir K. Isakhel built his career across the public and private sectors. He began as a lawyer and entrepreneur, establishing family business investments and interests across multiple industries. In government, he served as Chief Legal Advisor to a Head of State and Director General of the National Procurement Authority, holding the nation's economic portfolio and executing national budgets in the billions. His service drew recognition at the highest levels, from a Presidential Award to acknowledgement by the World Bank.

Today he owns and oversees a portfolio of businesses across real estate investment, pharmaceuticals, government consulting, security printing, IT, and cybersecurity, with operations in more than twenty-four countries. Over the course of his career he has led and trained more than fifteen thousand people, developing leaders at every level.

FirstPoint began as his own. A personal property portfolio, built through off-plan and fix-and-flip, grew into a business he opened to private clients. He invests the way he advises, and advises the way he invests.
